Delivery and Returns

Coffee Delivery Information

All web orders placed before 10am are usually dispatched on the same day. Our working days are Monday-Friday (we are closed bank holidays and weekends). While we always do our best to meet the next working day dispatch goal at busy times there might be an additional delay dispatching your order. We always aim to delivery your coffee to you within 7 days of roasting and coffee is packaged in sealed pouches for maximum freshness.

We send out all UK Mainland orders using Royal Mail or DPD. When ordering please submit your email address and mobile phone number in order to receive updates from the RM24 Tracked and/or DPD service. Please be aware that during busy periods we might take an extra day to dispatch orders and while our courier aims for next day delivery at busy times this can be delayed.

 

UK mainland delivery:

Orders under £15:  RM24 charged at £1.80. Options available at checkout to upgrade to RM24 tracked (£3.50) and DPD (£4.50)

Orders from £15 to £20.00: RM24 free of charge

Orders from £20.01 to £34.99: RM24 Tracked free of charge. Options available at checkout to upgrade to DPD (£4.00)

Orders of £35 or more: DPD free of charge.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands:

Delivery charges are the same as the UK mainland. Please be aware that delivery might take several days. We reserve the right to use a different courier or postal service for some remote location postcodes.

International Delivery:

Our international orders are usually sent with DPD or similar courier. Most orders should reach you within 10 days of dispatch from our roastery.

We reserve the right to use a different delivery method at any time but will always send all orders with a reliable courier service.

Returns:

We do not accept returns of coffee orders, however, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email at hello@propercoffeeco.com. We will always do our best to put things right.

If you wish to return an equipment order please contact us as soon as possible after order or delivery to facilitate the return. Purchases of equipment are covered by distance selling regulations. For more information please click here.
