Unlike Guatemala’s volcanic regions, Huehuetenango’s high altitudes and dry cultivation create a distinctive profile, making it a favourite among speciality coffee enthusiasts.
Our Huehuetenango coffee is a Strictly Hard Bean (SHB), grown at over 1,350 metres and hand-harvested from January to April. This washed coffee is a blend of Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties, cultivated with precision and care.
