Nestled on the southern face of “Cerrón Grande” in the Apaneca region of western El Salvador, the Las Isabellas farm is a paradise of natural beauty and sustainable practices. Situated at elevations between 1,200 and 1,450 metres, this remarkable farm spans 175 acres of lush natural forest, cascading waterfalls, and pristine springs.
Las Isabellas is more than just a coffee farm – it’s part of the renowned Blue Harvest project and proudly certified by the Rainforest Alliance. Under the stewardship of owner José Roberto Santamaría, the farm is managed with a deep commitment to environmental preservation and quality craftsmanship.
This exceptional coffee is a unique blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varietals, cultivated in harmony with nature.
