Grown on a 3-hectare plot at 1,450 to 1,550 metres above sea level, this washed Red & Yellow Catuai coffee is carefully cultivated by sisters Ana and Martha Albir Sotomayor. Their commitment to quality and sustainability ensures that every cup tells a story of craftsmanship and care.

The coffee undergoes a meticulous process: ripe cherries are handpicked, floated, and fermented for 18 to 24 hours before being washed and dried on raised African beds. This careful handling brings out the coffee’s natural elegance and clarity of flavour.
